Price is per letter.  You can order any name.  In any theme.  Designed any way you wish!
GENERAL DETAILS:
Letters are made of solid MDF.  They come in multiple sizes and are 1/4" thick. All letters are sanded, hand-painted, and generously clear-coated with a gloss finish.  Hand-painted wood embellishments may be included at no additional charge upon request (football, helmet, etc.).
Each letter is painted with a unique design.  I select designs for each letter based on what I think will fit and look best.  If you have specific design or logo requests, just let me know and I can usually work them in.  If you would prefer not to use embellishments, or vice versa, please let me know that as well.  Without specific requests, the letters you see in my example pictures are an accurate representation of what you will get.
COLOR NOTE:
I use navy, Kelly green and a golden yellow with a tan undertone.  This is the color combo used for Jameson.  For comparison-sake, Ryan was done with a bright yellow.  If you prefer bright yellow, let me know when you place your order.  Otherwise the golden yellow is my standard color choice.
I recommend Velcro Command Strips for hanging.

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:
Select the letter size that you want, enter the number of letters that you need (for example, to order Jack, enter "4" as the quantity) then click on 'Buy It Now'. Place your order requests (name, theme and any design requests) under "Message to Seller" with your payment. Make sure to click on "Save" after you enter your order details. Official order confirmation will be emailed within 1 week. Please review this information carefully to make sure I have recorded your order correctly.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping is per letter, regardless of size or location.  No international shipping.  I do ship to all 50 states, APOs and FPOs.
Shipping includes postage, handling and packaging fees.  Please note that I often have to buy boxes for large items, as well as bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.
Most orders are shipped via 2-day priority mail using USPS.  I occasionally use FedEx or UPS for large/heavy orders if there is a significant cost savings.
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number.  Once an order leaves my hands and is recorded as received by the shipper, you will need to contact the shipper directly with any questions or issues regarding delivery.
If your item is not received or if it arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours.  In the event that your order arrives damaged, photographs of the box and the damaged item are required.  The damaged item AND box must be saved.  In some instances we may be able to file an insurance claim with the shipper.  They may request photographs of the box, or even to physically see the box.  In other instances the damaged item may need to be returned to me.  Damaged item reports after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.  See return policy for more information.

Please keep in mind that while it does not take me 40+ business days to complete your order, I usually have at least 30+ open orders at any one time and I do them in the order received. I also have to order my unfinished letters from a supplier, which takes 1-2 weeks for delivery.

IS THE PRICE FOR ONE LETTER OR A WHOLE NAME?
Letters are priced individually.  The price of each letter depends on what size you order, and also may vary a bit depending on the theme.
-HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping to the lower 48 US states, APOs and FPOs is per letter, regardless of size or location.  Additional fees may apply for shipping to HI and AK.
-WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
I estimate approximately 35-40 business days from order (including payment and receipt of order details) to shipping.  Please note the words "estimate", "approximate" and "business days".  This means you can count weekdays (Monday - Friday, excluding all government and Christian holidays), starting with the day after your order, to find the approximate shipping window.  For example, if you place an order on Saturday, June 27, then you should count Monday, June 29 as day-1.  Also don't forget to exclude July 4.  This would put your approximate shipping estimate between Aug 18 - Aug 25.  While this window is fairly accurate, it is not set in stone or guaranteed.  Occasionally things come up and I get behind by a few days; occasionally I am even ahead!  I will send you an email when your order ships and you will find a tracking number on your My eBay page.  Feel free to contact me in the meantime with any questions.
-DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING DISCOUNTS?
Shipping rates are noted in each listing.  Shipping for letters is a flat rate, regardless of size, location or quantity.  Please note that shipping fees don't only cover postage, but also cover the rising cost of packaging materials (packing paper, bubble wrap, etc.).
-CAN YOU DO ANY NAME?
Yes, all letter listings are custom orders so I can do any name, as well as numbers, ampersands and other standard keyboard symbols.  Some items can also be personalized with a name.  Contact me prior to ordering if you are interested in personalizing an item with a name, date or other info.
-CAN YOU DO A DIFFERENT THEME?
Yes, I can do almost any theme - the options are almost limitless! I love to get creative so please feel free to contact me with your theme or idea, and let's start talking design! If you have a bedding set that you want to match, send me a link and/or brand and style name.  If it is more of a general theme, sports team, character, etc. then just communicate your theme as clearly as possible.  It also helps to know what name/item(s) you want and what size.  Once I have this information, I am happy to share my design ideas and create a custom listing for you.
-IS EVERYTHING REALLY HAND-PAINTED?
Yes.  I do not use stencils, paper decoupage, stickers, etc.  My only tools are a pencil to sketch as needed, paint brushes, Q-Tips and a stylus.
-WHAT ELSE DO YOU OFFER?
I offer frames, switch plate covers, outlet covers, shelves, tissue box covers, plaques, bow keepers and more!  Contact me for a price list.  I may even be able to show you pictures.
-CAN YOU PAINT SOMETHING ELSE?
I can paint almost anything that is in an unfinished wood state.  If you are looking for something specific, let me know.  I can check availability and provide and quote. If you would like me to paint something you already have, please provide a picture, dimensions, design requests, and shipping location.  Keep in mind that size and shipping can have a huge impact on pricing.

WHAT IF I LIKE A FONT THAT YOU DON'T HAVE LISTED?
Check with me before ordering and I may be able to get it from my supplier.
-CAN YOU PROVIDE A PROOF?
No.  Nothing I do is digital.  All of my items are hand-painted and made-to-order, so besides a yellow Post-It note with my general plan for your order and/or some rough sketching, there is nothing to see prior to completion.  However, my example pictures are a good representation of what you can expect.  If you have requests or design ideas, or if you want something different than what is pictured, I welcome communication prior to ordering so we can share ideas and ensure that we are on the same page prior to ordering.
-CAN YOU SEND A PICTURE OF THE FINAL PRODUCT PRIOR TO SHIPPING?
I do not offer pictures.  At this point your order is complete so changes cannot easily be made.  Further, photography is not my forte so the colors sometimes look off, details don't show up well, etc.  I encourage you to review my customer feedback scores and comments, as well as several of my listings, which should help give you a clear picture of my style.  This, combined with your specific requests and our communication prior to ordering, should help paint a picture of what you can expect from Sweet Dreams Letters.
-WHAT KIND OF PAINT DO YOU USE?
I use acrylic craft paint.  Many of the colors are a custom-mix.  I mix colors in small matches, as needed.  As a result, there can be slight variations between batches.  And for this reason I do not recommend ordering items for the same name/room at different times, or using old letters with newly painted ones.  I cannot guarantee a perfect match when letters/items are done at different times.
-DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT IF I ORDER A LONG NAME OR MULTIPLE NAMES?
No.  Regardless of whether I do one letter, or 20, the time it takes me to hand-paint each letter, and the cost of materials for each letter, does not change so there are no time or cost savings to pass on.
-WHAT ARE YOUR EMBELLISHMENTS MADE OF?
All of the embellishments I use are made of wood and are hand-painted by me.  I often have several options available (for example, I carry 2 different styles of elephants, and a few different sizes) and can paint them to go with your theme; however, they are not cut specifically to match.
-CAN I PURCHASE YOUR EMBELLISHMENTS SEPARATELY?
Yes.  Contact me for a quote and listing.  They are available both painted and unpainted.
-CAN I ORDER ONE LETTER NOW AND THE REST AT A FUTURE DATE?
I do not recommend that.  I custom mix most of my paint colors, and there are usually slight variations from batch to batch, so if you do not order all of your letters/items at one time, there can be a color difference.  The difference is slight and would not be obvious for items that are not directly next to each other (like a shelf and a switch plate cover) but it could be noticeable for letters/names.
-YOU DID LETTERS FOR ME IN THE PAST.  I AM HAVING ANOTHER CHILD AND USING THE SAME BEDDING THEME.  CAN I RE-USE SOME OF MY ORIGINAL LETTERS AND ONLY ORDER THE NEW ONES I NEED?
I do not recommend that.  See above question.  Further, in the case of older letter that has been displayed for months or years, sun and environmental exposure may also impact the colors slightly and result in a noticeable difference.
-CAN YOU USE LETTERS I ALREADY HAVE AND AND WILL IT SAVE ME MONEY?
It depends.  First, the letters would need to be unfinished raw wood. Composite letters, pre-painted letters, or those with some sort of gloss or enamel do not respond in the same manor to paint as raw wood and cannot be used.  If you have unfinished wood letters that you would like to use, please send me a picture of the letters along with the dimensions.  The savings would be minimal, especially when you consider the cost of shipping them to me.  However if you really like your letters/font and/or have any other reason for wanting to use them, I am more than happy to do so.
-I REALLY LIKE THESE BUT THE PRICE IS OVER MY BUDGET.
Consider ordering initials, a nick-name or even a single letter vs. a complete name to keep costs down. Or check out other items in my store.  For example, an 11" x 8" name plaque is only -.
