Description
Meisterklasse soprano recorder made of pearwood (I assume). Appears unused. No wear marks to mouthpiece or thumb-hole. Small spots of damage to finish on lower section - they can be seen in the pictures. Nothing major.Comes in its original box with cleaning rod.
The recorder is not marked Meisterklasse; only the box is.
Baroque fingering.
Superlative response throughout the standard 2-octave range. The low range is strong and does not warble; the high range speaks clearly. Projects well. The tone is strong and direct, and it feels fun to play.
The fipple and windway show no signs of use, wear, or damage.
The cork is in excellent condition, and the sections fit together tightly.
This is a two-piece recorder; the foot joint is not a separate section, so you cannot adjust the bottom finger-hole position.
A great step-up instrument!
