Floor sample, This gorgeous ICONIC Vera Wang wedding dress was / is a floor sample had unfinished alteration, an so in need of some alteration, The repair / alteration is minor. Please look at all photos to as it is part of description and helps understand the condition better.
Measurement:
70" length
16" Bust
30" waist
25" Hip
* 13" tear horizontal near side seam below waist.
* 20" seam is unsewn below zipper needs to be resewn approximate
Two long tulle scarf / sash like tulle in front and back of the dress, free standing, that probably  hang over shoulder to give it one shoulder gown LOOK.
Also there is 5 layers of shear & shimmer fabric under the skirt. And the same goes with them, as the seam underneath all the layers of lining needs to be re-sewn. (easy simple for an experienced alteration person).
I am also offering local pickup, this way you will see for yourself that the amount of work needed on the alteration of this beautiful is not a complex job.
As I have shown the dress to friends for their unbiased opinion. They told me it is not bad and can be fixed easily , many option as how the bride would like to make changes modification.

This dress will need some level of work to be worn on the wedding night of your dreams.
Tag: No Vera Wang tag on the dress. As it is a floor sample. Only the silk strap to hand the dress have the designer Vera Wang embossed on the silk straps.
Condition:
The side seam by zipper outer layer of gown needs to he resewn back to zipper and the slipper dress underneath.
This gorgeous elegant Vera Wang Wedding gown needs some level of alteration repair as it has unfinished alteration. the seam below and along zipper needs to be resewn. and that goes for all the layer below the main skirt /the first layer. It is about 21" long starts below the zipper ending and goes down. As you know Vera Wang gowns are multi layers sometimes 6-7 layers of tulle are hidden under the dress. The slip dress under the gown is in good condition. Nothing is un-sewn or taken apart.. The seam is intact on the slip dress underneath.The opened unsewn seam on the gown is about 21" long and is below the zipper and needs to be re sewn . (that is where it starts) Pretty simple repair. see photos
Also there is a small area the ribbon or fabric might need to be resewn. I believe it is a loop / band that bride uses to lift the dress. I am not sure. Please see the photo or ask question.
* Also there is a tear about 16" or so horizontal tear on the front of dress near side zipper 8" below the waist line. It needs to sewn.
Still a gorgeous breathtaking dress for that special night.
